The Art of Questioning
The strength of any interview is the art and applicability of the questions asked. There are standard questions asked in most interviews. Then, there are questions that are tailored specifically for the position which the applicant is seeking. For example, the questions asked in an interview for Starbucks will be vary significantly from an interview for a lawn and landscape company.

Position-Specific QuestionsExamples: 1. Are you able to perform ________? 2. How much experience do you have (insert skill)? 3. How do you deal with the stress that comes with this position? 4. Where did you get your experience (insert skill)? 5. Are you able to stand for long amounts of time? 6. Describe your work habits. 7. Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years? 8. Open-Ended & Situational QuestionsExamples:
